Two Rustenburg Girls’ Junior School pupils shone in the provincial education department’s Story Stars competition. Hafsa Ackers, right, came third with her essay, A Plantastical Adventure, and Maya Nair came sixth with The Land of Magic. Education MEC David Maynier announced Durbanville Primary School pupil Anina Walters as the winner last week. Anina’s story was called Lekkersland.
