The pupils at Sentinel Primary School are looking forward to their teams lifting their school trophy at the end of this year. In January, the school divided the pupils into four colours, namely, green, yellow, blue and red, to encourage good behaviour and promote sportsmanship, according to vice-principal Debri-Lee de Jager. “Each colour group gets awarded for their achievements at certain events whether it be athletics or fund-raising. We then collect and count the points. At the end of the year, we’ll crown the winning team,” she said.
