The CCC’s Zenariah Barends said: “Art has always been central to struggles that people have waged for freedom and social justice. Artists have played a significant role in bringing awareness, beauty, and mobilising people through their art. Our own history compels us to look beyond our borders, and act in solidarity with those whose struggles for freedom and social justice continue.”
A Programme Rooted in Purpose and Solidarity
This year’s line-up brings together established and emerging voices from across the Cape and beyond, with award-winning performer Jitsvinger hosting the programme.
