Businesses and community organisations in the Athlone precinct have until Friday October 4 to renew or apply for membership of the Athlone Community Police Forum.
Community organisations must provide a constitution or founding document, which includes the aims and objectives of the organisation; minutes of the last special general meeting or annual general meeting (if applicable); minutes of the meeting mandating representatives to approach the CPF for membership.
Business must provide business registration papers or a copy of a business licence; a letter on a letterhead signed by the director/owner/manager describing the type of business; a letter on a letterhead signed by the director/owner/manager mandating representatives to approach the CPF for membership.
Forms can be requested from the CPF at athlonecpf@outlook.com. The cut-off date is Friday October 4 so that the CPF can confirm membership numbers in time for its annual general meeting on Wednesday November 20.
