Cedar gymnasts star in annual showcase

Cedar Gymnastics Club held its annual showcase at Rocklands Civic Centre over the weekend. After three months of preparation, the club’s young gymnasts took to the floor to perform a variety of gymnastics disciplines, including acrobatics, tumbling, trampoline, aerobics, and Gym for All. They also performed at Saturday’s Bayview under-16 Youth Cup, at Athlone Stadium, and will take part in the upcoming provincial gymnastics championships in Saldanha.
