Heideveld Female Football Academy hosted a Gender-Based Violence (GBV) community football fun day in support of the 16 Days of Activism Against GBV, at the Heideveld Sports Complex, on Saturday, December 5.
The event, created as a banner to challenge violence against women and girls, saw the team host five a side tournament for young girls and boys from the community.
The players were treated with goodies from sponsors. 16 Days of Activism Against GBV runs from November 25 to December 10.
